Look and feel of Jumba Bet Casino
Jumba Bet Casino is oddly titled. I always like to research etymologies and name meanings. I discovered that Swahili means “a palace” as “jumba”. It is unclear where Jumba Bet got its name.
One thing is certain: Jumba Bet Casino is stunning. A lush tropical island and an aquatic realm with fish, dice, fortunate sevens, and a roulette wheel are on its site. Even though the mark is mostly pitch-black and gloomy, it’s stunning.
I’ll avoid spoilers, but my experience with Jumba Bet was unforgettable. I’ll reveal everything in this review!
Rewards and bonuses
Jumba Bet Casino’s website advertises two separate welcome incentives. Here are both:
Option 1: 200% bonus up to 600 (JB200)
Option 2: $50 free (JUMBA50 bonus code).
These two casino bonuses prompted me to check the promotions area. I was surprised to discover neither bonus there. Thus, I sought answers in the site’s live chat.
I was switched to another representative without saying a word when I enquired about Jumba Bet welcome offers. I will discuss this situation under Support, however no customer support worker would explain either bonus. If they are not praising or informed about them, it may be best to ignore them.
Choice of Games
As a European online casino player, I prefer casinos with several European game suppliers. After years of enjoying their high-quality goods, Play’n GO, NetEnt, Big Time Gaming, ELK Studios, and Quickspin have a special place in my heart. Only Saucify, Rival, and Betsoft were available at Jumba Bet Casino, which surprised me.
Although I had played several Betsoft slots, I was unfamiliar with most of the other games available. I propose After Night Falls and A Christmas Carol for Jumba Bet Casino beginners. Both are great, especially the Christmas slot!
I also dislike the Jumbe Bet casino lobby. It was difficult to navigate here, and there was no search bar. Even worse, the site is terribly slow.
Jumba Bet’s live casino is untidy, but Evolution tables are available for live dealer purists!
Safety and security
Jumba Bet Casino is Curacao-licensed. You undoubtedly realise that this licence isn’t the greatest. Additionally, there were strange terms and restrictions, such as a weekly withdrawal cap of 1500. That doesn’t seem like much, which makes me wonder if Jumba’s parent firm has the financial resources to manage a gaming site. I’m just guessing, but phrases like this for casinos offering big incentives don’t look good!
Even worse, Jumba Bet assistance was terrible. More on it shortly…
Jumba Bet Casino banking
While Jumba Bet promises to provide several banking alternatives, I only noticed credit, prepaid, gift, EMT (Interac), and Bitcoin.
According to internet sources, withdrawals can take up to 10 days and cost $20!
My Jumba Bet Casino customer care experience may have been the worst. They just vanished, not because the agents were pushy.
I asked about advertised perks in chat. The first representative switched me immediately, and I accidently closed the chat window by switching Jumba Bet tabs (bad design). After I told the third agent I hadn’t signed up, he stopped responding.
It appears that casino staff dislike inquiries concerning advertised bonuses.
When I asked a fourth agent, she also transferred me promptly. I felt like a ping pong ball, but the fifth agent didn’t answer either. Unbelievable.
My Jumba Bet Casino experience
Please read the whole review to learn about my negative experience at Jumba Bet Casino. I had to anger leave the bonus stuff, and support was no help!
Overall, Jumba Bet Casino seems unsuitable for players. Therefore, please search our online casino database elsewhere.
